The fruit used to produce these products are grown in the centuries-old fields scattered all around Gozo. The unique taste of these jams and creams are derived exclusively from the tree-ripened fruits that are harvested in season. We ensures that the fruit used in these products are carefully selected, handpicked and processed on the same day. The product is made only from natural ingredients and contains no artificial coloring or flavoring.
